Maxime accompanies any actor, public or private, wishing to get closer to and collaborate with an ecosystem of startups in the construction and real estate sectors through consulting missions and the activity Impulse Labs, the startup accelerator by Impulse Partners, which he coordinates. He was previously in charge of open innovation startups in a large construction group (sourcing, project set-up, deployment, corporate venture…).

Maxime is a graduate of Sup’Biotech, Paris Dauphine and Mines ParisTech.

Lucile joined Impulse Partners after several entrepreneurial experiences, including the founding of the startup Backacia. She participates in the development of the Impulse Studio activity.

Lucile is a graduate of HEC and Trinity College Dublin.

Jeeyoun works with companies and public actors on strategy and innovation projects in the construction, energy, and sustainable city sectors. With a multicultural background and experience across Europe and Asia, she brings a sharp understanding of international dynamics. She supports clients in opening up new markets, building partnerships, and adapting their strategies to global shifts.

Jeeyoun is a graduate of Korea University and the Burgundy School of Business in Dijon.

Alice is an architect, specialized in smart city issues. She brings her expertise on low-carbon issues and innovative real estate projects. She previously worked for a public developer on urban innovation and sustainable transformation of territories.

Alice graduated from Politecnico di Torino and École des Ponts et Chaussées.

Juliette works on construction related topics, particularly digital and robotic design and manufacturing. She previously worked in a design office and then in a startup.

She has a double degree in engineering (specialized in construction materials at INSA Rennes) and business school (Audencia Business School).

A graduate of Paris Dauphine University, Charlotte specializes in urban policy and impact innovation. With professional experience in a range of institutions such as the Banque des Territoires and Efficacity, Charlotte has extensive knowledge of local authorities and territorial development issues, particularly in terms of urban strategies and economic development. She is particularly interested in territorial resilience and adaptation to climate change.

Ilona specialises in issues relating to real estate, housing and regional planning. In particular, she works with social landlords, property developers and local authorities. She works on strategic assignments involving major innovation challenges. She is involved in strategic studies involving major innovation issues, both in corporate and local strategies, upstream of urban transformation projects. Ilona is a graduate of Sciences Po Bordeaux.

Gayanée works on strategy and innovation consulting missions. She joined Impulse Partners after 4 years of experience in the energy efficiency and renovation sector.

Gayanée has a double degree in energy transition (Paris-Diderot University) and in energy geopolitics (Paris-Sorbonne University).

Emma works on construction, real estate and energy issues and helps coordinate the implementation of innovative solutions. She will also be involved in international assignments, drawing on her experience in the UK with Bouygues Travaux Publics. Trained as a civil engineer, she has a solid technical background in the construction and low-carbon sectors.

Emma is a graduate of ESTP Paris.

Justine is in charge of developing Impulse Partners’ activities with public actors. She has several experiences in public affairs and institutional relations in the public sphere (consular establishment) as well as in the private sphere (CAC40 company and consulting firm for local authorities).

Justine is a graduate from Sciences Po Grenoble and the University of Paris Dauphine.

Damaris joined Impulse Partners after several years’ experience in the consulting world, notably in open innovation and digital transformation. She works on energy-related issues in the industrial world, with a strong interest in the innovative “blue energy” sector.

Damaris is a graduate of Claude Bernard Lyon 1 University and Skema Business School.

Margaux joined Impulse Partners as a consultant, focusing on low-carbon construction and hydrogen issues.

She previously supported international start-up to set up in France, especially in the energy, mobility and Smart City sectors.

Margaux is a graduate of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and IAE Lille.

After working for a local authority strategy consultancy agency, Léa joined Impulse Partners to work on public sector consultancy issues. She is also responsible for the Smart City platform.

Léa holds a Master’s degree in local public action from Science Po Grenoble, as well as a second Master’s degree in social science, economics and urban planning from the Ecole d’Urbanisme de Paris.

Simon is passionate about innovation and the environmental and social challenges of tomorrow. Simon works on property-related issues at Impulse Partners.

Simon is a graduate of EM Lyon Business School.

Blaise joined Impulse Partners after several years' experience in innovation strategy consulting and venture capital. He works mainly in the energy, industry and environment sectors. He is also responsible for the Plant 4.0 and Digital Design & Manufacturing platforms.

Blaise is a graduate of the Master's in Management of Innovation and Technology, jointly sponsored by Paris-Dauphine University, École des Mines Paris and the CEA.

After several experiences in building energy performance consulting and within EDF's incubator, Camille joined Impulse Partners to work mainly in the energy and environment sectors, as well as construction and industry. She is also responsible for the Evolen'up and Digital Design & Manufacturing platforms.

Camille is an engineer specializing in New Energies and the Environment (ECE Paris). She also holds a master's degree in Technology and Innovation Management (Université Paris-Dauphine, École des Mines Paris, and CEA).

Paul joined Impulse Partners after several experiences in strategy consulting and startup support. Passionate about innovation and the economic challenges of tomorrow, he mainly works in the construction, industry, and energy sectors. He also manages the Public Works & Infrastructure Lab.

Paul completed a Master's degree in Management at EM Lyon Business School.

After several professional experiences, notably at the Morbihan Chamber of Commerce and in the field of transport policies, Louis joined Impulse Partners, where he is in charge of the Circular Cities & Territories Lab.

A graduate of a Master’s degree in Urban Policies and Territorial Governance from Université Paris-Dauphine, he is building expertise in strategic urban planning, public policy, and issues related to climate change adaptation.

Doriane joins Impulse Partners as a work-study Business Developer. After graduating and completing a year's contract as a Communications and Digitalization Officer at TotalEnergies Consulting, she spent six months immersed in Southeast China.

Titouan joined Impulse Partners as an analyst during the first part of his gap year, driven by his interest in innovation and environmental challenges. He is particularly involved in the Global ConTech Program, which accelerates innovation in the construction sector internationally.

Titouan is a student at ESSEC Business School.

Benoît joined Impulse Partners as a Consultant Analyst during the first part of his gap year. Driven by the desire to develop his consulting skills, he is particularly interested in innovation dynamics and major environmental and digital transformations. He is currently working on Innovative Housing topics as well as projects carried out within the CSTB’Lab.

Benoît has just completed his first year of a Master’s degree in Management of Organizations at Université Paris-Dauphine.

Charles joined the Impulse Partners team as an analyst for his final-year internship, driven by his interest in innovative solutions addressing major urban and environmental challenges, as well as his desire to acquire new skills in strategy consulting. He contributes to the Plant 4.0 and Evolen'up Labs, which support innovative projects in the industrial and energy sectors.

Charles is completing his Master’s degree in Management at EM Lyon Business School.

Théo joined the Impulse Partners team as an analyst after an initial experience in business development for consulting firms. He is now looking to deepen his understanding of the consulting sector while working on strategy and innovation issues related to territorial transformations. He contributes to the WaterShift Lab, which focuses on identifying innovative solutions to urgent water management challenges, as well as to the Blue Tech Club Lab, dedicated to innovations linked to maritime spaces.

Théo is starting the first part of his Master’s gap year at NEOMA Business School

Louis joined Impulse Partners with the aim of developing his strategic consulting skills in support of sustainable innovation and territorial transformation challenges. Following an initial experience at Air Liquide, he sought to further deepen his interest in providing strategic support to public and private stakeholders in addressing major sector‑wide challenges. He is currently involved in the Public Works & Infrastructure and Health & Prevention Labs, where he contributes to strategic thinking initiatives, ecosystem facilitation, and the support of innovative projects.

Louis joined Impulse Partners as part of the second half of his gap year at EM Lyon Business School.

Louison joined the Impulse Partners as part of his final internship. Building on experience in a consulting firm focused on environmental and energy transition issues for industrial players and local authorities, he now aims to further develop his innovation skills in these same areas. He is involved in the Digital Design & Manufacturing Lab as well as the Climate Change Adaptation Lab.

Louison is currently completing his final year of a Master’s degree in Management at EM Lyon Business School.

Léo joined the Impulse Partners teams as an analyst as part of the second phase of his gap‑year internship. Driven by a desire to develop his consulting skills, he is particularly interested in innovation and environmental challenges. He is notably involved in the Hub des Territoires, an initiative supporting territorial development projects within the Banque des Territoires.

Léo is currently a student in the Master in Management program at EM Lyon Business School.

Juliette joined the Impulse Partners team as an analyst as part of her final undergraduate internship. Driven by a strong interest in the consulting world, she works primarily on assignments related to the public sector as well as communication and marketing.

Juliette holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, History, and International Development from McGill University and will continue her academic journey by enrolling in a Master’s program starting in September 2026.
