Impulse Partners Presents the "La Défense 2050" Foresight Study

Impulse Partners took part in the Neext Real Estate Forum, hosted by neext (powered by Drees & Sommer) on 7–8 July in London, under the theme "Building Bridges: From Assets to Cities – Rethinking Urban Transformation Across Europe."

The day brought together investors, developers, architects, local authorities, and technology and materials providers around a shared conviction: urban transformation is shifting from asset-centric thinking to place-led transformation.

Thomas Le Diouron spoke on behalf of Impulse Partners on the panel "From Office to What – How to Speed Up Transformation & Innovation," alongside the European Commission and Schindler Group, presenting the foresight study "La Défense 2050." Coordinated over more than a year with a dozen experts, the study was carried out on behalf of a consortium of five long-standing investors in the district.

Moments of European dialogue like this one are invaluable for moving the industry forward together on the issues that matter most: transforming stranded assets, embracing mixed-use models, and building more resilient cities.
